My flight has been canceled. I also need to change my transfer reservation; will there be an additional charge?
Answer: “If you cancel or change your reservation due to flight cancellation or delay, there will be no cancellation or change fees.”
I’m considering making a reservation as a present for my parents. Can I make it even if I am not in Hawaii?
Answer: “Yes, it is possible. When you make your reservation, we will send you a payment link that you can use to pay with any major credit card. We will not charge your parents on-site.”
Are your cars wheelchair accessible?
Answer: “We would like to give our sincerest apologies that our vehicles cannot accommodate wheelchairs. It is possible, however, if the wheelchair is foldable and can fit in the trunk.”
There are 9 people including a 0-year-old child. Can I reserve a limousine for 8 people?
Answer: “A 0-year-old child is counted as one whole person, so in our interest in the safety of our customers, a limousine that seats 8 people cannot take 9.”
I have a 2-year-old child. Do I need a child seat?
Answer: “It is not mandatory to use a child seat in a business vehicle. However, if you wish, we can provide one for a fee. Please leave a note at the time of inquiry.”
Is tip included in the price?
Answer: “Tips for the crew are not included. However, we would be honored if you were able to show your satisfaction for the service provided by offering gratuity to the crew on site on the day of your appointment.”
