Sakura Limousine has been providing transportation services on O’ahu island in Hawaii for over 20 years. In addition to providing a comfortable space for our guests, we strive to provide the best and most elegant moments for our customers, through a unique combination of the “Aloha Spirit,” and the famed “Japanese hospitality.” We offer a variety of services and vehicle types to suit any customer’s needs which include, but are not limited to airport transfers, hourly rated sightseeing, golf transfers, and wedding transfers.

Whether this is your first visit to Hawaii, or one of many, you can be certain that Sakura Limousine will provide you with an excellent time.

Reasonable Prices

All prices are per vehicle that you get to yourself. Please enjoy your transportation comfortably, without having to worry about other customers.

Safe Driving

We operate with the safety of our customers as our top priority. We kindly ask that all passengers cooperate with our mandatory seat belt policy.

Punctuality

Punctuality is the bare minimum of what you should expect from us. However, in the unlikely case that we are running late, please know that the customer will be the first one to be notified, to avoid any inconvenience.

Hawaii is extremely photogenic, no matter when or where you take photos! There are so many scenic spots along the road from Waikiki to the east coast. Don’t forget to take a photo of the blue sky, white clouds, and emerald beaches as they shine in the sun!

My flight has been cancelled. I also need to change my transfer reservation; will there be an additional charge?

Answer: “If you cancel or change your reservation due to flight cancellation or delay, there will be no cancellation or change fees.”

There are 9 people including a 0-year-old child. Can I reserve a limousine for 8 people?
Answer: “A 0-year-old child is counted as one whole person, so in our interest in the safety of our customers, a limousine that seats 8 people cannot take 9.”
I’m considering making a reservation as a present for my parents. Can I make it even if I am not in Hawaii?
Answer: “Yes, it is possible. When you make your reservation, we will send you a payment link that you can use to pay with any major credit card. We will not charge your parents
I have a 2-year-old child. Do I need a child seat?
Answer: “It is mandatory to use a child seat in the state of Hawaii. If you wish, we can provide one for a fee. Please leave a note at the time of inquiry.”
Are your cars wheelchair accessible?
Answer: “We would like to give our sincerest apologies that our vehicles cannot accommodate wheelchairs. It is possible, however, if the wheelchair is foldable and can fit in the trunk.”
Is tip included in the price?
Answer: “Tips for the crew are not included. However, we would be honored if you were able to show your satisfaction for the service provided by offering gratuity to the crew on site on the day of your appointment.”

I’ve finally returned to Japan and feel at ease. Thanks to you, I was able to have a very enjoyable time in Hawaii. My grandmother was especially happy, and said she wants to go back next August. We all laughed and said we hoped that she’d keep up with her health so that we could go again. Take care!

8-hour Van Charter

I had a great time both this time and last time. The weather was pretty bad, but this may have been a good thing! I feel like I got to see a different view of Hawaii. This time, we went clockwise from Waikiki to the North and went around Dole, where we got to eat some delicious macadamia nuts and Kahuku shrimp (the taste varies quite a bit depending on the store)! We also got to ride the Pineapple Train at Dole at a good time without having to wait. I’ll definitely use Sakura again when I go to Hawaii for sightseeing. It was a great memory. Thank you very much. My whole family is very grateful.
